Good morning everyone!
Just one more week and I will be shaving my head to help fund research to cure CHILDHOOD CANCER. I find myself coming up short. I am about $400 away from reaching my goal.
I know it is difficult right now. Prices have gone up, everything is more expensive. We all feel the pinch.
But can I ask you to please just consider giving a little bit to this worthy cause? Just $5, $10, $20? Anything that you can afford will go a long way to help make sure that somebody, some kid gets to grow up!
We have all been touched by cancer. We know friends, family, loved-ones that have faced cancer. Some are doing well, some are still fighting. Wouldn't it be great to find a permanent solution to this?
I ask again, please consider donating to my fundraiser. If you are unable to donate, please feel free to share this with anyone that you can. Thank you so much for taking the time to read through this.
Why am I shaving my head, and why should you care?
A challenge among friends 25 years ago has become the largest volunteer movement to Conquer Kids’ Cancer. This year, I’m joining thousands of others to shave my head to raise money for childhood cancer research!
Did you know, 1 in 5 kids diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. won’t survive? For those who do, more than 96% have severe or life-threatening conditions by the time they are 50.
Each shaved head, every dollar donated, creates a ripple effect of progress for kids with cancer.
Your gift will give kids and their families hope, supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.
Together, let’s give these kids the lifetime they deserve. Thank you for your support!
