My name is Lillian Fredin. I am eleven years old and in sixth grade. The reason I decided to raise funds for the St. Baldrick's Day Foundation is not only because my school is hosting an event, it's not because St. Patrick's Day is my favorite day of the year, but because supporting cancer research for kids is very important!
Also, my sister has a very rare diagnosis of systemic scleroderma, so I know how it feels! It feels overwhelming and I worry about my sister! So anything I can do to help other kids - lets do it!
Thank you and Happy EARLY St. Patrick's Day!
Love, Lillian
Can you think of anything more important than saving the life of a child?
I’m raising funds with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to support research that finds cures and safer treatments for all childhood cancers, providing hope for children and families facing this fight.
Why?
Because cancer is the #1 disease killer of kids.
This is why I’m teaming up with St. Baldrick’s – the #1 charity funder of childhood cancer research grants – in their 25th year.
Your donation can help ensure that the next 25 years bring hope, progress, and cures. Together, we speed up the progress of saving the lives of these brave children.
Thank you for your donation!
