I am shaving to raise money for childhood cancer research with: English Department

Since 2010, Schaumburg High School has been raising money for St. Baldrick's, and I have been lucky enough to participate in most of them.  It's one of the most exciting events we have at Schaumburg.

Since I'm retiring in May, this is my last year to participate as a staff shavee, and I need your help to go out with a bang!  I'm trying to raise $2,500 for St. Baldrick's, and to honor all those who have been impacted by cancer.  Losing my brother, Brian, in 2020 to cancer has certainly made this event more meaningful for me.

Help me reach this ambitious goal, shave my hair for the last time, and retire in style!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
