I am shaving to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hi everyone,

St. Patrick’s day is just around the corner, and you know what that means…. time for me to grow my hair again, and then shave it, to help raise money for childhood cancer research through the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants.

Did you know, 1 in 5 kids diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. won’t survive? For those who do, more than 96% have severe or life-threatening conditions by the time they are 50. Your donation makes a difference for these kids.

This is why I’m shaving my head on March 15, 2026 at the Club House in Trilogy Monarch Dunes. I would be honored if you would support me with a donation to help me exceed my fundraising goal of $1,800 for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.

Please visit my personal fundraising page at

https://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/mypage/1170150/2026 to make a donation and learn more about St. Baldrick’s.

Together, we will Conquer Kids’ Cancer.

Sincerely,

Chris O’Rourke
