I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

Each year, since 2008, Santiago Canyon College (SCC) has raised money for the St. Baldrick's Foundation to support research for childhood cancer in honor of Professor Jared Kubicka-Miller's brother who supported the foundation.


This year is the first year that I have the honor to guide SCC students in hosting a fundraising event for this amazing organization! However, back in 2017, I made the commitment to shave my head to raise awareness for the organization and its mission. In doing so, I raised $686 for St. Baldrick's! This year I am setting the ambitious goal of raising $1,000! Will you help me reach it?

Cancer affects everybody. We all know someone who has had or has been affected by cancer. So if you are able, please make a donation or share my page to help be an advocate for St. Baldrick's.
