Why am I shaving my head, and why should you care?
In 2016, Brayden was a baseball loving, 10 year old boy who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on July 20, 2016. We were on the roller coaster ride of blood counts being up and down and constantly having to monitor every little symptom that might arise. Brayden is now at USC studying in the field of Exercise Science where he hopes to becoem a phyical therapist.
2024 he was declared "CANCER FREE" After 8 years- we can say he "Knocked cancer out the park!!"
We continue to help spread awareness and fight for those who can not fight on their own.
Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
Did you know, 1 in 5 kids diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. won’t survive? For those who do, more than 96% have severe or life-threatening conditions by the time they are 50.
Each shaved head, every dollar donated, creates a ripple effect of progress for kids with cancer. Did you know every dollar St Baldrick's receives translates to about 75cents funded towards grants. The other 25 cents goes back into advertising and expenditures. Your dollars matter, just like you!
Your gift will give kids and their families hope, supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.
Together, let’s give these kids the lifetime they deserve. Thank you for your support!
