I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Oak Lawn Professional Firefighters L3405

This year, I have decided to join the cause and shave my head for St. Baldrick’s Day! I chose to do this in honor of Brendan Burns, our late fire buddy who battled so bravely against neuroblastoma.

PFB-Oak Lawn’s newest fire buddy, Phoebe, who is currently battling ALL, will be at this event. As Project Fire Buddies continues to grow, I want to continue to support our young heroes like Phoebe by showing them that their battle, is our battle. As always, I appreciate all of your love and support.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
