I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I think everyone has friends or family that have been challenged by cancer in one way or another. When I speak to friends who have cancer and they describe the pain of the treatment, and how horrible it makes them feel,  I can’t imagine how awful it must be for a child to experience, and how helpless their parents must feel!  But research is hope for kids with cancer, and cures developed for children lead to cures for adults too, and  healthier, happier families!

Your gift will give kids and parents hope, supporting the best research across the USA, through the largest charitable funder of childhood cancer research grants. This funding has now extended to support research and training internationally, with great success stories from countries in East Africa.  Locally, ten percent of our donations made here in Bermuda go to our own Bermuda Cancer and Health Center!  Its a win, win, WIN!
