Hi everyone, I am choosing to participate in St. Baldrick’s this year in memory of Eoghan Homan who was more than a friend to my family. Eoghan fought cancer for over a year but unfortunately, on February 23rd, he lost his battle at the tender age of 16. Gone way too soon. He was a bright young man who loved to run and play football and had so much life to live. He was the bravest person I know. I am also doing this in memory of my grandmother Almerinda Da Ponte (Traguita) who lost her battle to cancer sixteen years ago and also at the age of 6 I watched my mother fight her battle with breast cancer and today she stands beside me as a survivor. She is my warrior and the strongest woman I know. Cancer has touched my life in so many ways so please help me exceed my fundraising goal to assist this wonderful cause and help eradicate this awful disease and to help all children fighting their battle with cancer survive.
Thank You!!
