I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Jell-O Shot

What could possibly be more important than saving the life of a child?

During the pandemic, donations have been down sharply, which is a big deal since the St. Baldrick’s Foundation is the largest non-government supporter of childhood cancer research grants.

This is why we GROWL for these kids:

~ Every 2 MINUTES a child is diagnosed with cancer

~ 1 in 285 children will be diagnosed with cancer

~ Since 1980 LESS THAN 10 DRUGS have been made for children with cancer

~ Less than 4% of Federal Research dollars go to childhood cancer research.

This year is the 15th Annual Growler Invitational Beach Volleyball Tournament.

It has grown into North Raleigh's Largest Social Sporting Event of the Summer. 36 Teams from 7 North Raleigh Swim Clubs compete for the coveted Growler Cup. All proceeds benefit St. Baldrick's Foundation. With the help of 75+ corporate sponsors and great volunteers, our event has raised over a $714,000 the past 11 years for Children's Cancer Research.
