What am I doing to support the cause?

For years, I've always sported a shaved head. In support of this cause, I'll be doing an 180 degree about-turn and grow my hair until May 27th. It'll be an uncomfortable couple of weeks but pales in comparison to what cancer patients endure throughout their lives.

 IN ADDITION,

I'll endeavor to do an equal amount of push-ups for every dollar raised

Why are we shaving heads at this St. Baldrick's event?

As part of the Deutsche Bank family, we stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, who typically lose their hair during treatment. More importantly, we're doing it to create awareness on childhood cancer and to raise funds for childhood cancer research! Worldwide, more than 175,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year. Under this event the St. Baldrick's Foundation partners with Children’s Cancer Foundation Hong Kong to raise fund for the childhood cancer research projects. We're proud to be doing our part to give kids with cancer a better chance for a cure. Please support us, or donate to our event as a whole by clicking “Make a Donation”. Thank you for your support!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
