I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: J.Hues Styling

What could possibly be more important than saving the life of a child?

Over 16 years St. Baldrick's Foundation has been what many residents of The Woodlands have known me.  What started as small event in 2005 has turned into 16 years of my career and stewardship.  Although I typically stand behind a chair creating styles, I proudly stand behind the chair every year at The Goose's Acre in solidarity with childhood cancer research.

At our event, some folks will shave their heads – and others like me will keep the hair we have and put our hearts into supporting childhood cancer research.

During the pandemic, donations have been down sharply, which is a big deal since the St. Baldrick’s Foundation is the largest non-government supporter of childhood cancer research grants.

I want to make sure kids know we care. I want more research to save lives. Please support me with your generation donation. Be sure to ask your employer if the gift match to help us continue to raise money to assist such a wonderful organization as St. Baldrick's  Foundation.

We did the math of your gift's impact when matched, to see how far your gift goes to help in the fight so you wouldn't have to:

* A matched $25 gift becomes $50, which can fund TWO HOURS of the coordination of a clinical trial, which is often a child's best. hope for a cure.

* A matched $50 gift becomes $100, which can fund FOUR HOURS of research to improve patient and survivor quality of life.

* A matched $250 gift becomes $500, which can provide one day of research into exciting, innovative projects that cannot continue without funding.

Thank you!
