I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

HEY, YOU! Yes, you! I'm raising money for childhood cancer research! This is my fourth year now, and I've raised my goal some more because of the great response I was able to get last year!

Cancer unfortunately plays a major role in so many people's lives; hardly anyone doesn't know at least one person who has been affected or knows someone affected by cancer. And to have it as a child? That's something that I can't even begin to imagine. But what's amazing are the little kiddos fight with everything they've got to make it to the next day.

But I decided to do something about it and joined up with UCCOM's St. Baldrick's Committee to raise money for childhood cancer research, which is underfunded compared to adult cancer research.

During the pandemic, donations have been down sharply, which is a big deal since the St. Baldrick’s Foundation is the largest non-government supporter of childhood cancer research grants. I need your help! Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Please consider donating!
