I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Research can change that, and I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you so much!

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Why am I doing this? I shave in memory of our son David, who died of cancer at the age of 40 and in memory of two brother-in-laws and a brother who died from cancer. I shave in honor of my wife and two sisters who are cancer, and a brothers who are fighting cancer still. I shave to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, and to show them and their parents that they are not alone. And I will shave for the 14th year knowing the research we’re supporting will ultimately help find cures for cancers that strike all of us. I shave because I care – Will you donate because you care. I’m proud to be a volunteer for this charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
