I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Luigi

My family has been a part of St. Baldrick’s for the past twenty years.

We joined this fight in an effort to bring hope to all children and their families fighting cancer.

In 2001, at the age of five, my son, Lucas was diagnosed with stage IV neuroblastoma cancer. He was not expected to live. The treatment he received 21 years ago for his high-risk neuroblastoma, was a new treatment protocol approved after years of clinical trials. The treatment itself was dangerous and life threatening, but it was our only option. Fortunately, he survived and our family has been participating in St. Baldrick's head-shaving events ever since.

Childhood cancer is the #1 disease related killer of children. By funding cooperative research through the Children’s Oncology Group, St. Baldrick’s gives kids nationwide access to the very latest in research and clinical trials.

I ask you once again to join us in this fight by making a tax deductible donation to the St.Baldrick's Foundation.

With much gratitude and love,

Jean
