I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Here we are at my SEVENTH event! I'm becoming a knight! I started doing this way back in 2015 as a way to find some focus during a dark time in my life...a way to feel like I was making a difference. Since then, and almost $10,000 in donations later, I've found that focus, but also managed to find a lot of healing, strength, gratitude, and humility along the way. This will be the fifth time shaving my head (twice I've only volunteered), and the second time I'll be donating the hair I'm shaving. I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids. Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive.
