I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
The year 2020 has definitely been one for the books. I started raising money at the beginning of the year, then Covid-19 hit. They postponed the venue I was going to until further notice. They contacted me from an organizer in Denver about an upcoming "Virtual" event. So because I am passionate about raising money to help fight children's cancer, I've joined. October 11th is the day! I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes, a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve fundraised for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids. Now I need your support!
