I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Dear friends and family - I'm shaving my head again this year with St. Baldrick's to raise money to help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids. I'm doing this in solidarity and to honor all my loved ones who have battled cancer, whether I know them yet or not, and whether they survived or not. A dear young friend of mine recently beat osteosarcoma because of research like this, and he was finally able to begin his career dream at Berklee College of Music in Boston last Fall.
