For Izzy
Izzy Herman was an amazing girl with a truly beautiful soul. She would brighten up any room she would dance into. At 19 years old her life was far too short. She fought a brave fight with cancer until the very end. But cancer is not the end of her story. It's just the start of a new chapter. A friend of mine once said, "the plans of God are hard to see but His hand is undeniable." Izzy's legacy will be much bigger than cancer.
I am going to be participating in St. Baldrick's to help raise money and help conquer kids' cancers in honor of Izzy.
Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.
Please consider donating to St. Baldrick's to help their mission. Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive.
