I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hi guys, my name is Josh Davis, and this will be my 3rd year raising money and shaving my head for St. Baldricks. When I stated doing this, it was because a girl in my neighborhood named Mackenzie. She died of a rare form of brain cancer called DIPG (diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma). I only met her once at her lemonade stand. It was the first time I tried lemonade (no, I’m not joking) and it was good lemonade too. I couldn’t stop thinking about her. She died right before her birthday and it wasn’t fair. So I decided to do this event to help keep her memory alive. I’m also shaving for Julianna Miller . She also died from DIPG and she died on Christmas Eve. Can you imagine your kid dying at Christmas time?

Please, if you can, help me raise money to defeat childhood cancer. I do this because kids are dying and the money I raise goes towards research to someday cure childhood cancer. I’m going bald for childhood cancer
