I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.
This year, I've chosen Millie Flamm as my honored kid. Millie was a good friend of my friend Olivia Swinton, who sadly passed before I knew Olivia. I met Olivia through her song dedicated to Millie, "Dance with Me" (It quite literally made me cry the first time I watched the full video.) Millie is now honored by her own cancer foundation, Millie's Princess Foundation. Millie fought leukemia for half of her short and beautiful life, but that didn’t stop her from being her. Millie never let cancer slow her down. Millie chose to be happy and lived by her own motto, “The grass is greener on our side, even with leukemia.” Feel free to watch her video below.
Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Join me today and let’s #DFYchildhoodCancers together.
