I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Joey's Team - Bald is Beautiful

I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.

Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Join me today and let’s #DFYchildhoodCancers together.

Dear Family,

Please donate by clicking the green button above.

Tillie is eight years off treatment.

Healthy and Happy!

EIGHT YEARS!!

St. Baldrick’s has honored me with the commission of Knight Commander, signifying at least 10 years under the clippers.

I started shaving my head to raise funds for St. Baldrick's pediatric cancer research when Tillie was six years old and diagnosed (for the second time) with Leukemia. We are grateful that she is healthy, and shows all the signs of being a standard 10th grade teenager. C’mon parents, you know exactly what I mean!

I raise money to help fund researchers find the cure.

Will you help?

Thank you for supporting my past efforts (unless this is your first time, in which case I thank you in advance!) in raising money for St. Baldrick’s Foundation. I must once more kindly ask you to help in funding childhood cancer research.

Since 2005, St. Baldrick's has awarded more than $282 million to support lifesaving research; making the St. Baldrick's Foundation the largest private funder of childhood cancer research grants.

So, March 20 at Northside Knights of Columbus in Indianapolis we'll do it again.

Time to Shave My Head!

I hope you will join me again and urge others to do the same.

Until a cure,

Larry and Sue
