I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Shaving to Save

Hey everybody- I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! I am shaving for my students I currently teach, those who I have taught in the past and those who I will teach in the future. It hurts my heart when I know they are in treatment and when I've learned that some of my students have not survived. Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids. Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Join me today and let's #DFYchildhoodCancers together. My goal is $1200.00. $200 for each grade I teach. Please help me reach my goal.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
