I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Elk Grove Village PD

As a parent, I believe it’s important to teach your children valuable life lessons. One of these lessons is to do things for others. This year, Ryan and I have both decided to shave our hair for St. Baldrick’s. We would appreciate it if you can please skip the drive thru or that cup of coffee and make a donation to this great cause. I could not imagine how scary it is to go through fighting cancer as a child but these heroic children are doing it everyday. Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids. Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Join me today and let's #DFYchildhoodCancers together. Thank you very much, Rick & Ryan
