I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Rocklin Police Department

Hi Everyone,

In honor of my family and friends that have cancer, were cured of cancer or those who have passed away because of cancer, in remembrance of you, this year I will be shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research!  I will be participating as a shavee for St Baldrick's.

The act of shaving my head is not only to remember all of those who were affected by cancer, but also to remember how those individuals have changed my life!  I do this in remembrance of the joy, laughter and love that was brought into my life by these individuals.  I am grateful to have meet and known such amazing, strong willed individuals that fought cancer to the end and have forever changed my life!

Here is what you need to know about St. Baldrick's:

I am shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research!  Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
