I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

Last year I had the opportunity to attend a St. Baldrick’s event held at UTSA. I didn’t plan on attending the event. I also did not plan on leaving campus with my mascara running down my face and a new perspective on life. 


I watched people from different walks of life unite for a cause that makes a difference in the world. St. Baldrick’s shines a light on a darkness that affects children and families far and wide. So I decided to raise money for childhood cancer research!


 Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
