I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
I'm shaving my head and donating the hair. Not only that, but I've decided to give it meaning by participating in my local St. Baldrick's event. St. Baldrick's raises money for childhood cancer research.
By donating my locks to Wigs 4 Kids & the Childhood Leukemia Foundation i'm checking off a bucket list item. Hopefully a wee one will smile a little brighter with the help of my hair on their head.
Everyone is affected by cancer in some way, and this is a cause that impacts me personally. I will participate in this event in memory of those I have lost due to cancer and would love your support!
