I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Johnson's TaeKwonDo Academy

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Johnson's TaeKwonDo Academy

As an instructor in the martial arts and a leader in my community, it is my responsibility to walk the talk! Our mantra at our academy is "Out of the Dojang and into the World!" My goal is to inspire, to lead, and in turn, help our students grow as individuals and as martial artists. Quite frankly, this is the least that we can do for the children of our town, our state, our country, and our world that are stricken with cancer. It may seem a bit cutesy that people would do this. But, this whole process has been nothing but beneficial for our school and our students over the past 3 years that we have been participating. Through the shaving of your head, you are taking a stance against cancer and its rage against its hosts. You are tired of good kids being sick. You so strongly desire a cure, because God forbid that one of your children is chosen as cancer's next victim, you want to be farther ahead in the sophistication of the treatments that are used to battle the disease.
