I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

This started out as a message to my kids... this world is bigger than just you, you need to do something that touches people's lives in some way.  And as I was saying it, I felt the need to put my money where my mouth is!

I've known too many touched by childhood cancer (including my two honored children below). As I helplessly watch friends trying to go through the unimaginable, this challenge became a must.  I will continue to grow my hair up to that point so I can donate my hair, and then YES I will be SHAVING it!!

Now I need your help! Please help me make my goal by making a donation?   And definitely mark your calendars to come and see my shave.

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded.  Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
