Over a decade ago, I lost a cousin to bone cancer. Her name was Nicole Pollard, and she was 13 when she lost the battle. I remember she had the biggest smile, a huge collection of TY beanie babies, and rocked the coolest wigs while she was in treatment. She was a beautiful, fun loving girl, and though I only knew her for a short time, she still made a huge impact on me. So in her memory, I'm raising money for childhood cancer research.
Kids' cancers are different from adult cancers, and, unfortunately, childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to partner St. Baldrick's to do something about it by raising money for cures. And I'm hoping some of my friends will join me, too!
Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
Help children and their families fight against childhood cancers, and help me do something I couldn't for my cousin. Thank you.
