I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Student Council

If any of you have ever met me than you know that I LOVE my hair. I enjoy styling it in many unique ways as well as being able to pretend that I can pull off the "man-bun". However, at the end of the day, hair is just hair and it will always grow back. Unfortunately, this isn't the case for everyone. For many kids, their hair may never grow back, but that is the least of their worries. That is why I am standing up and choosing to shave my head to raise money for childhood cancer research.

A few years ago, one of my classmates was diagnosed with cancer. Ever since then I knew that I wanted to make a personal impact on childhood cancer, and here is how you can help me as well. By donating money towards me shaving my head you can help tens of thousands of infants, children, and teens fighting childhood cancer. The funding for pediatric cancer clinical trials has gone down every year since 2003, but teenagers and parents like you and me can change this. Every penny you donate will go straight to St. Baldricks Childhood Cancer Research Foundation. Do your role by not only donating, but by also spreading this link and sharing the awareness. Join me and take a step forward by making a change!
