I am shaving to raise money for childhood cancer research

I am shaving to raise money for childhood cancer research

I’m doing it again — and I need your help.

I’m proud (and a little nervous!) to be participating in St. Baldrick’s once again. I’ve done this before, and I can honestly say it was one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Knowing that a simple, visible sacrifice could help fund lifesaving childhood cancer research made every moment worth it.

This year, I’ve set an ambitious goal of $5,000. That number feels big — but I know we can get there together. If everyone reading this donated even a small amount, this goal would be completely within reach.

Here’s why this matters so much:

- 1 in 5 children diagnosed with cancer won’t survive.

- Of those who do, 96% will face serious or life-threatening conditions later in life due to their treatment.

Childhood cancer research is critically underfunded, and St. Baldrick’s is working to change those outcomes — one shave, one donation, one act of generosity at a time. Your support helps fund safer, more effective treatments so kids can not only survive, but truly live.

If you’ve ever wondered whether a small donation can make a difference — this is your sign that it does.

Thank you for supporting me, for supporting these kids and their families, and for helping turn a bold goal into real hope.

(And yes… I really am shaving my head again.)
