GRAB YOURSELF OR SOMEONE YOU LOVE A BEAUTIFUL GO RING!! (use my name at checkout so 30% of your purchase goes to kiddos with cancer) http://gorings.com

BOY HOWDY! Y'all what an absolute joy that after 2 years of not cutting my hair I get to OFFICIALLY announce that this is happening. So my heartbeat behind this is that through these donations we would not only fund the amazing team of researchers who are doing all they can to help kids who are suffering in hospitals nation wide, but come along side those same kids by showing that we are in it with them. When you shave your head you make a statement. Fashionable or not, by choosing to be bald you are putting aside the comfort of being able to look and feel like other people, you have nothing to hide from. The message I want to send to these kids is in line with a statement Jesus made to his disciples when he says "'... Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat, or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes[or hair... hehe]" (Luke 12:22-23) which he later capped off by saying "'Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom" (Luke 12:32). I am CHOOSING to cut off my hair to show kids that even in this scary place we want them to not be afraid because there are people who care and want to see this disease gone as much as they do.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
