I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Locks for Pittsburgh Tots

Family and Friends, First off, I hope this finds all of you well! The Winter has been somewhat mild and Spring seems to be right around the corner. I have once again decided to shave my head this year to help raise money for the St. Baldrick's Foundation. The Foundation raises money specifically to help fight childhood cancers. Having lost my brother, Ty, to a childhood cancer in 1996 I feel honored to be part of such an amazing organization. I was lucky enough to take another tour of the Childrens Hospital of Pittsburgh a few weeks ago by a doctor who had received grant money from the St. Baldrick's Foundation and was amazed at the work she was doing. The love and compassion these doctors have towards these children is incredible....and beautiful! So my fellow participants and I have once again teamed up with the doctors and Oncology Unit at Childrens Hospital of Pittsburgh and have named our team 'Locks for Pittsburgh Tots'. I know the economy is still in pretty tough shape but if you wanted to donate whatever you can towards my fundraising goal I would appreciate it very much! You can donate either online through my Participant Webpage or if you don't feel comfortable doing it online you can download a donation form. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this. My best to all of you!
