I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

You heard it right - I'm shaving my head in solidarity with children who have cancer and typically lose their hair during treatment, while raising critical funds for childhood cancer research!

In the US, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. Please make a donation on my behalf to support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure. I am the proud but now heartbroken Mommy of a very courageous little boy. On Feb 2, 2007, Corey was diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroblastoma. On May 8, 2009, Corey's journey with cancer ended. He now resides in heaven. I hope to make a difference in the Childhood Cancer world. I want to raise awareness and funding for all children facing this battle for their lives. Children deserve to grow up! Children deserve to ENJOY their childhood. We need better treatments but mostly we need a CURE! .
