I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Greeks of UNM

When I first heard about Courtney's diagnosis the only thing I knew about her was that she is a girl who played in the same soccer club as me. I then saw a community come together like I have never seen before. If you walked around the soccer complex on a Saturday you would see pink "Super Courtney" bracelets everywhere. I can't explain what a difference this girl made in my life the moment I met her. She still has not been able to return to soccer, but her team has a number 13 jersey always waiting for her when she returns. To her, cancer was just a hurdle she was going to jump, and she did. On May 7th Courtney is doing me the honor of shaving my head for me, and on May 24th she will officially be cancer free for two years! So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids that battle cancer like Courtney everyday. Thank you!
