I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Franklin Bald Beasts

My name is Damen and I am 8 years old. I'm a second grader at Franklin Elementary School. I joined the Franklin Bald Beasts in hopes of raising money for childhood cancer research. On April 25, I will be shaving my head in order to honor and collect donations for children with childhood cancer! Kids' cancers are different from adult cancers and research is really underfunded.

I need your help! Will you please make a donation? 


Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.
