I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Bald Babes

This is my second time fundraising and shaving for a St. Baldrick's event! Shaving for me was extremely liberating and I'm honored to be able to do it a second time. I do it for all the little girls who think they can't be a princess because they're bald, or for older girls who think it makes them less feminine. Bald is beautiful and so are you! Everyone deserves to feel beautiful, particularly the ones battling the hell called cancer. In and out of hospitals, their lives become about taming this horrible monster. No one deserves that and this is how I try to combat it. I use the resources I'm given in my local community and do my part to ease the suffering of others. It's all I can do.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
