I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

It's that time again!! We're back for year 16 supporting St Baldrick's with the O'Neills team.

At the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, they do one thing, and they do it well: They fund childhood cancer research. About 60% of all funding for drug development in adult cancers comes from pharmaceutical companies. For kids? Almost none, because childhood cancer drugs are not profitable. That's where we come in - with head-shaving and other fundraising events, this volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government!

"She going to shave her head???" you ask? Um... no. But I am one of the dedicated treasurers/volunteers/supporters/cat wranglers who ensure that the event runs smoothly for those who do and I am just as passionate about our fundraising goals as the Shavees are - just with a bit less breeze blowing on me at the end of the day ;)

Your gift to this amazing foundation will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you! Please click "Donate" to give online, or you can contribute by phone or mail if that's the way you roll.
