I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

For several years I've been cheering for Team Juls. From blood drives to pancake runs to fundraisers, I love doing anything that lets Juls know I will never stop fighting to help her so she can't stop fighting either. She was given 20% chance of survival and has BEATEN THOSE ODDS with over a year NED. A large part of her kicking cancer to the curb was her time at Children's Hospital. Childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. Many of the medications used to treat Julia and Zac weren't designed for their smaller, growing bodies, but instead for adults. While they're both going to school, playing baseball, splashing in the pool now, they will have to continue to fight the long-term negative side effects of their treatment well into the future. Zac, though in remission will have to complete an over 3 year chemotherapy regimen, again, not really designed for someone as young as he is. Thankfully he'll be finished in August! I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
