I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team de Vere's The Bald Crusaders

I will be shaving my head for the 5th time to help raise money for important research to help cure childhood cancers. I have shaved in honor of and in support for family members and friends lost to and affected by cancer.

This year I am shaving in honor of  a little girl named Ali. She is 9 years old and has been fighting leukemia since she was just 4. She has been in remission 5 times and now her cancer is back again. Ali just got what is called a Car t booster that will hopefully put her in remission for a little while longer. She will be in the hospital for a month before she can hopefully go home and be with her family.

(Car t is a pretty new type of treatment where they harvest your cells, reboot them and put them back in your body hoping they will attack the cancer cells. The hard part is the Car t is temporary. Her cancer will come back and her body probably can't handle more treatment.)

For more on Ali's story, you can visit her mom's Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/heatherherbert29/

Now I need your support! Over the past 4 years I have raised almost $7,500 in total and I hope to pass the $10,000 mark this year. Your donation will help do that and to fund research to help kids like Ali.

I appreciate any help you can provide. Donations large or small. Sharing my fundraising page. Coming out the the event on March 9 at de Vere's. It all helps!

Thank you,

Tyson
