I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Making a difference!

Eeee! ^_^ On March 10th, I will be shaving my head in my local St. Balderick's event to raise funds for Children's Cancer research. For my St. Balderick's event, I have chosen to honor little Donna. I have followed the story of Donna's family as she lost her battle and the aftermath of all they endured. Her mother is a strong, beautiful person and she shares Donna's story here:

http://www.chicagonow.com/mary-tyler-mom/2011/08/gold-is-the-new-pink Please donate and help me honor this little shining star. ♥ I have had so many people I know and love battle with cancer and recently lost another grandparent to it. With my family history, it is extremely likely I will have to face it myself sometime in my lifetime. So, I am doing everything I can to support the search for a cure.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
