I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s?

If you've ever seen a mom or dad be strong, while their child fights for their lives....  That's why I am here.  That's why I have been here.  That's why I am committed to being here.  Until we conquer childhood cancer, I will be here supporting the St. Baldrick's Foundation.  Bottom line is that every child deserves a childhood!  At St. Baldrick's they don't merely find ways to beat childhood cancer, they/we (proudly) are developing treatments that not only allow children to beat cancer but to live lives to the fullest, after treatment.  Chemotherapy is devastating to a young developing body and treatment for children has to be different from traditional methods for adults.

I joined St. Baldrick's event's 10 years ago,  and I am SO SO SO SO proud to say that I have had a part in research, treatments,  and medicine through St. Baldrick's that is changing how we (worldwide) beat childhood cancers.

I WILL BE A "KNIGHT OF THE ROUND TABLE" one day and I am proud to be a participant that sees every child as deserving a beautiful childhood with opportunities for a future. Thank you for your support. Together WE will conquer childhood cancers.
