I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Scallywags

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Scallywags

Why am I having my head shaved? I have a few, very important reasons. The biggest reason, is to help raise funds for childhood cancer research. The second, is to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, who typically lose their hair during treatment. And finally, the reason that touches my heart, is recalling my Mom, who went through chemotherapy, and told me that it broke her heart to see the young children going through those same sessions. She thought it was SO unfair that they should have to suffer. It goes without saying that I cannot fathom my own little niece or nephew dealing with cancer.

Worldwide, more than 160,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year. The St. Baldrick's Foundation partners with organizations around the world to fund childhood cancer research. We must all do everything we can to give kids a better chance for a cure.

Please support me on behalf of these very special kids. Click "Make a Donation" above, or donate by mail or phone.
Thank you for your support!
