I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: EHS Track & Field Team

Hey Guys! My name is Robert Browne and I am a junior at Emmaus High School who wants to make a difference by fighting Kids Cancer. During my freshman year I did Shave for the Brave and it was an incredibly rewarding, fulfilling, and heart/ life changing experience. I witnessed families who's children had amazingly won the fight against kids cancer and who were recovering, children who were still undergoing treatment, and unfortunately, even the families whose little one passed away as we honored them at Shave for the Brave. My goal is to positively make a difference in these kids lives by fundraising and honoring their families as I volunteer and shave my head for this year's Shave for the Brave! As a young man who sees so much wrong in the world and wants to make a difference, I decided that I waned to help by raising money for a noble cause, and I couldn't think of a better place to start than right here at my own highschool! By being old enough to finally understand some of our world's problems and other people's struggles, I have a passionate and firm desire to be someone who steps up and makes a difference in the world by helping others, especially by helping those who can't help themselves. That is why I decided to volunteer and become a "shavee" in this year's Shave for the Brave so that I can make a positive difference and impact on the lives of some of these children and their families. I would like to ask all of you to help me fight the battle against kids cancer and help make a difference in the lives of these brave, and uniquely amazing children by donating for kids's cancer resesrch. Any amount of donation would be wonderful, as all of it goes to fund cancer research. Thank you so much for your time, and I hope that you will consider donating to help save, positively change, and bring joy into the lives of these young children by giving them a fighting chance! Sincerely, Robert Browne
