I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
I have been extremely blessed to be able to work for The Gill Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Children's Medical Center, Dallas. I have met and grown to love so many precious children fighting the biggest fight of their life. Shaving my head for the fight against cancer is the least I can do for all of my beautiful bald headed friends!
Childhood cancer is the number 1 disease killer of children in the U.S. Childhood cancers are not related to lifestyle factors and little can be done to prevent them. Worldwide, a child is diagnosed every 3 minutes. Childhood cancers do not discriminate.Unfortunately, federal funding for cancer research only give childhood cancers 4% of their monies to aide in the fight.
St. Bladrick's volunteers have raised over $30 million in 2012 allowing St. Baldrick's to mark a milestone-$100 million in childhood cancer research grants since 2005!! I am excited to be a part of the fundraising! Every dollar counts! Whether your donation is big or small you are making an impact. Please help me in the fight against childhood cancers!
My friends and I thank you for your donation!

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.
