I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s?

The better question is do you want to help kids with cancer find a cure?

St. Baldrick’s is a non-profit and non government funded organization started by a group of friends trying to help raise money for someone in need.

This is the 25th year of St. Baldrick’s raising funds for research to find cures for kids with cancer. And while great progress has been made, 1 in 5 kids diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. won’t survive. For those who do, more than 96% have severe or life-threatening conditions by the time they are 50.

I've been growing my hair for a little over 3 years somewhat on a whim. However when I started, I knew the end goal was always to chop it off to help St. Baldrick’s raise funds to help the kids.

Your gift will give kids and their families hope, supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.

Together, we can accelerate the next 25 years of cures for kids with cancer!

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
