I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Sometime around my birthday last year I began putting more thought into my bucket list and completing it. I want to be able to cross things off my list while making a positive change. One of the top things on my bucket list is to shave my head... and what better way to cross that off than by raising money for childhood cancer research. We have been so blessed to not have personally dealt with this ugly disease that effects so many innocent children. After committing to participate in St. Baldricks I decided to grow out my hair with hopes of being able to donate it to Locks of Love. I don’t think my hair has grown quite long enough, but we will see come March 8. Please donate if you can and please share all my post about St. Baldricks. Together let’s all look for a way to cure childhood cancer.

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
