I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Linda Harvey and Friends

Dear friends and family I have been an oncology nurse for 18 years. It is my calling as a career and in my life in general. I have seen amazing changes in all those years. But just not quite enough. The St. Bladricks foundation raises money every year in cities all over the country for one reason only. They use all the money for research for a better outcome for our very sick children we care for every day. For better survival rates, less toxicity, and above all a longer and healthier life. So with that being said, I as well as my best friend since we were little 5 year olds, are shaving our 48 and 49 year old heads (she's 6 months older ya ya) in solidarity, to raise money for those beautiful children. We are also giving our hair away to a non-profit so some child will have hair during their treatment. Please, please consider donating to this wonderful organization in our honor to. https://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/LindaHarvey Well it's the night before the big event. Thanks to every single person that nonated. It is a little scary to be shaved but we are ready! Thank you so very much again. Our kids thank you!

We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
