I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

It's officially been a year since I started my dreadlock journey. I'm excited to announce that adventure will be coming to a close as I'll be shaving this dread head to raise money for  childhood cancer research! With your sponsorship, we can help future generations together. ♥️

When you give to St. Baldrick’s, you don’t just give to one institution–you give to more than 373 institutions that are treating kids with cancer across the U.S. and beyond.

Childhood cancer isn't just one disease—there are over a dozen types of childhood cancer and countless subtypes, each requiring specific research to develop the best treatment for every child.

But in the last 20 years, only four new drugs have been approved that were specifically developed to treat children with cancer.

Less than 4% of the National Cancer Institute's budget is solely dedicated to childhood cancer research.

More children will live because you contributed to this research. This can’t be done without you.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
